With ING BankOnLine, you can:

  • pay off the debt on your credit card

How to set up ING BankOnLine

You can set up ING BankOnLine:

  • over the Internet,
  • in a branch of the Bank.

If you decided to enrol to the service over the Internet

  1. File the application at www.ingbank.pl/udostepnienie*
  2. You will be mailed an envelope with a one-off activating code
  3. Call our Help-Line at 801601607 to activate the service. You can call us from 7.30 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 7.30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

If you decided to enrol to the  service in the branch:

  1. Sign the agreement in any branch of  the Bank.
  2. You will receive the data necessary to activate access to the system:
  • the User ID set out in the personal account agreement,
  • an envelope with the one-off activating code.

* One-off activating code – a unique sequence of letters and digits generated by the Bank’s IT system and used for one-off authorisation of the User during the system activation. The envelope containing the one-off activating code is valid for 30 days from the date of making the instruction.

How to log to and use the system:

  1. Go to www.ingbank.pl
  2. Choose Log in (Zaloguj).
  3. Switch into english version (EN).
  4. Give your User ID – you will find it in the agreement (if you enrolled to the service in branch) or on-screen if you set up the service over the Internet.
  5. Enter the System Password. Do not give the full password, only the missing letters or digits as prompted by the system. Make sure you give the correct password. If you give the wrong password five times, the system access will be blocked.
  6. You are now in the ING BankOnLine system. You can use all the options on the bookmarks on the first screen.
